Welcome to The Star Moment, a service operated by Ciercle LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site and buying our products, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We create custom star-map artwork based on the date, time and place you choose. You can buy it as digital files (delivered by email) or as a printed poster that we ship to you.

Your content

You are responsible for the text and any photo you add to your map, and confirm you have the right to use them. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License

On purchase, you receive a personal-use license to print and display your map for yourself and as gifts. Reselling the files or using them commercially is not permitted without written consent.

Accuracy

We take astronomical accuracy seriously and support dates from 1900 to 2100. Maps are artwork based on real data and are provided as-is.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
