What do I get?

How is it delivered?
Digital files arrive by email within a minute or two. Printed posters are printed and shipped to your door with free worldwide shipping.
Can I print it myself?
Yes. The digital files are print-ready at 300 DPI and sized for standard frames (12×16, 18×24, 24×36 inches). Or let us print and ship one to you.
Do I need an account?
No. Just your email — we send your files there and keep a link to your map safe.
Can I get my files again?
Yes — use the “resend my files” form with the email you ordered with, and we will send the links again.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy with your map, we offer a refund within 14 days. Just get in touch.
How accurate are the maps?
Every star is placed from a real catalog using proper astronomy for your exact date, time and place. See our Accuracy page for the full detail.
