If you are not happy with your star map, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
How to request
Email hello@thestarmoment.com with your order email and we will take care of it, usually within a couple of business days.
Digital & printed goods
Digital files are delivered instantly; printed posters are made to order and shipped. For a refund, just tell us briefly what went wrong so we can make it right or improve.
